Dear all, I am developing a cryogenic distillation column in Aspen Plus and want to go from an equilibrium column to a rate-based for biogas upgrading (biomethane + highly pure CO2 production). My supervisor asked for real data, as he'd be disappointed in just a theoretical discussion, but I cannot find any real designs or pilots that would help a correct dimensioning.
Does anybody have good references or suggestions or knows useful rules of thumb that may help me develop a better simulation?
My reference article is by the research group of Yousef (2019).
Thank you in advance!
