Feed is superheated and temperatures in enriching section is normal (sometime little bit high) but in stripping section temperature is going low. Product (liquid) draw is from side stream. This causes the carryover of low key to next tower. Suggest some actions.

Have you tried modeling the distillation column with ChemSep?

Questions:  Is there a reboiler on the column?

does the side stream draw originate in the enriching or stripping secttion?  How many real trays or height of Packing?

Good Night

Some check you should perform

- column pressure drop

- Flooding signs en the nerby low temperatura trays

- Heat input in the reboiler, look the % of valve opening compare with normal operation

- Pressure damping into the top pressure meaurament

Look  and best regards

A process data   flow , feed composition, espected ans actual size product composition, plate sieze tray or valve tray, pressure and drawing colud be ussefull to help you
