Hi,
I have come across this manual depressurization line in an equipment even though there are 2 BDV provided to blowdown the equipment.
Can anyone clarify the requirement of a manual depressurization line?. When will it is required to add another depressurization line when you have BDV?

In a depressurization system, the BDVs will be activated by remote and manual push button...

manual maintenance ... shutdown..BDV out of service...etc

As said by Fallah BDVs will be activated by remote and manual push button
i have always seen bypass around BDV with globe valve ussually
