Hi! I've been trying to simulate four distillation columns for ethanol dehydrogenation using ASPEN Hysys version 11. I've already simulated the distillation columns but whenever I try to recycle it in the feed it won't converge. Can someone help me or give me some hint or guidelines for it to converge. Thank you!

You need to post your flowsheet. The first thing to try is to simulate using a dummy recycle stream without a recycle block. You probably mean dehydration, i.e. water removal.

Thank you sir for the reply. I already tried using a recycle stream and I still can't get the required compositions. Here is the link of what I'm trying to simulate  https://docplayer.ne...rogenation.html

Adjust the tolerances of the recycle block. Loosen the requirements until you get a converged solution. Then tighten them.
