Modeling Acid Gas Burner - Help Needed

Hi, I need to do a rough design of acid gas burner(similiar to what is used in claus process) for complete oxidation of refinery acid gas which usually contains  h2s, co2, nh3 etc. Goal is to oxidize h2s completely and NH3 also and see if i can minimize cos, cs2 formation etc. preferably have only co2, so2, n2, NO(low preferably) and h2o in outlet gas fro furnace. will RGIBBS help me identify correct temperature. i can keep increasing air to the RGIBBS block until i see complete combustion and can also increase temp. Preliminary evaluation shows > 1500C will be needed. Claus urnaces require only partial oxidation hence lower temperature is needed there . But in my cae i need complete combustion as iam looking to oxidize so2 to so3 and make sulfuric acid 

 

please provide any information for modeling/design of these kind of burners. any burner simulation using  aspen plus(or HYSYS) or burner vendor brochures for this application to know what conditions they use will be helpful. also need to know what components i would need to use in RGIBBS for reliability (do i need S2, S4, S8 etc at these temperatures? maybe when i cool exit gas down to 400c, some components may form)
