Hi, for a cryogenic-based separation of nitrogen(high purity) from air, generated at large scale, (say 600-800 tons/day, or 25000 Nm3/hr) where byproduct purity is not that important, what is thetypical recovery rate of nitrogen, any idea? By recovery i mean, what percentage of the nitrogen in air, is recovered as pure product gas? i.e if i have 100g of air, with about 75g of N2 coming in, how much of this 75g is recovered a shigh purity n2? IS THERE A BIG capex/opex penalty if i need to have high recovery?(90-95%)?

this nitrogen is typically delivered as gas at 8-10 bar pressure
