I'm in project where I got data from licensor that steam 20 to 23 barg temp 215 to 220 C it's condensate has same parameter how this possible ?

Looking at the vapor-liquid saturation curve for water given here https://www.engineer...sure-d_599.htmlit would appear that about 215 C and 20 bar is right along the saturation curve, so water can exist as both a liquid and a vapor (or a mix of both) at this temperature and pressure. I expect that this is what your licensor is referring to.

I'm afraid I do not know enough about heat exchanger design to say anything intelligent about the practicality of having a saturated steam+water stream in the heat exchanger. Someone else or your licensor will likely have better input than I can give.

Hi ,
Consider this calculator to support your work .
note : When you drop the pressure of HP condensate (flash separator ) you got MP or LP steam in equilibrium with condensate .
Good luck
