Dear All,

I have already started methylamine production plant (from ammonia and methanol) simulation via aspen-hysys.

the simulation has been converged via " PSRK" EOS and aspen properties.

However, some physical properties (especially density) has major differences with the in-hand documents.

For example, even water density shows major difference (740 Kg/m3 for Water at 40 C).

How could i resolve this issue?

all binary coefficients have been defined zero by Hysys (Aspen Properties).

possibly you can select different models for the different properties,

for example you could use some specific model for volume / density,

I utilize different products as Prode Properties which allow that,

but it should be possible with Aspen, too
