What is the maximum Pressure ratio which can be achieved for Centri Compressor practically, what happens to discharge temp when pressure rises in discharge ?

A centrifugal compressor can have many wheels in series in its casing so pressure ratio can be made very high if client is prepared to pay for it.

 

Discharge temperature increases as pressure ratio increases. Check your thermodynamics textbook.

Can we have  pressure ratio of 3 for Centri compressor ? and temp of discharge as 81 Deg C and suction as 35 DEg C ? and flow is 110 MTPH as with this efficiency value is above 100 percent .

 

How to analyze given customer data for sensors faults ?

This compressor is probably an oil flooded compressor. It's typical to obtain discharge temperature of 70-80C.
