Hello,

I am working on the optimization and sensitivity of atmospheric distillation towers for crude. I am working with assay and wanted to perform a sensitivity on steam as you can see in the picture. However, in the component, I could find light ends real components but the pseducompoents in that stream are absent . How can fix this. Thanks in advance

If you have accurate light ends components, you want to not generate pseudocomponents covering the same boiling range since that boiling range is already characterized. The question is not clear to me... maybe a picture would help. Steam sensitivity might apply to the side draws to some extent even without accurate light ends characterization. Feed characterization is a major factor in successful crude column modeling so perform some sensitivity testing of the parameters you are uncertain about to see if changes in those areas would greatly affect the results you seek.
