Hello!

In my simulation in Aspen Plus I want to split the flowsheet into two sections: section 1 (contains mostly blocks for separation) with the MIXNC stream and section 2 (a dryer, a cyclone and a scrubebr) with MCINCPSD. The question is: how do I define the PSD (particle size distribution) of the NC (nonconventional solids) and CI (conventional solids) sublows in the second section?

I used the block ClChng as a transition between the two sections (see in the pic attached), not sure if I used it correctly. I tried using the calculator block to define PSD but I did not figure it out.

Any ideas on how to resolve the issue?

I suggest you contact the AspenPlus support team that is available as part of the software lease. They might know what a sublows is and the meaning of the words you wrote in all capital letters.
