You are right. Let me correct that:
70 C and 1-4% RH has a 26-28 C wet bulb temperature. The dew points for 70 C are off the chart.
110 C and 1-4% RH has a 40-47 C wet bulb temperature and a 24-33 C dew point.
Will the numbers for 0% RH be meaningful to you? That's pure air, and it'll depend on the properties of 21% O2/79% N2, which will be close to the boiling point of pure air, or -194 C. Or, does it default to the dewpoint of the air dryer that provided your air, typically this is -40 C.
