A clean strainer has very low pressure drop (negligible) but a clogged strainer has very high pressure drop! There are different types of strainers. A witches hat strainer should have more open area than the open pipe area. Perhaps treat it as you would an elbow for pressure drop purposes if you assume it clean.

What strainer an what purpose are you supposing to insert in suction? To answer - describe in details.

The Y-strainer vendor should have documentation on pressure drop.  Consult them and/or their website.  Who is the vendor?

What purpose and why 100 mesh, not let say 10 mesh? Is it new design, modification or validation of existing?

Winston Royal Guard has extensive pressure drop curves for different types of strainers.  You can possibly use their data for pressure drop in your calculations.  I typically use their pressure drops for pressure loss estimates not knowing what actual vendor in the end will supply the strainers.
