Hi friends,
I have a bioreactor filled with (L'urie de porc) this to be trated and the final objective to produce (Angrais).
the bioreactor is underground (90% undeground).
the problem is that the temperature is very high (more than 40C AT A LOW FEED (50% OF THE TOTAL FEED) and I want a temperature of 32C to have an exothermic reaction.
I have a feed 100T/D, Air enter compressor (the outlet temperature 100C and 3700 NM3/HR
BIOREACTOR VOLUME IS V : KNOWN
I used a mass balance and energy balance but steel a problem of high temperature
don't forgot conditions in winter and in summer ( location CANADA).
i AM WAITING FOR YOUR HELP

I see that no body from the 60 persons that had read the topic put just a word.
But I can tell you that I did the calculation with HYSYS and finally I reached the results that I looked for.
Thanks
