In oxgen production unite cryogenic type

I have question about flow reduction in branch nitrogen used to regeneration adsorption battery in heating stage
But in cooling its some way larger

The max amount of nitrogen used in regeneration =3000 m^3/hr
In heating itis reduced until=2000m^3/hr

Assuming :
-Steady state of condition in distillation colum
-vent in part of piping at same opening aria of vent in two state the flow in vent increase at heating stage
