[Shokhrukh]

Issue that I faced is caviattion issue in my opinion. Inside part of pump, crack was observed in shaft during decomissioning. (please refer to attachment). Regarding your experience, do you think  is it possible to emerge this situation due to cavitation. 
I would appreciate if you share with me your experience
