Q1. I would like to understand the purpose of providing the pumpback Reflux in distillation columns?

Q2. In some cases, combination of both pump around and pumpback(internal) reflux for specific product draw (HVGO) in VDU column is seen, would like to understand the role for the combining both pump around and pumpback reflux?.

Kindly guide me.

Any specific reference document that explains it in practical terms also works.
