Chimney trays are not usually explicitly modelled in steady state simulations. Unless you are doing something unusual, just ignore it in the simulation.

And if I want to use Chimney tray in dynamic simulation?

And if I want to use Chimney tray in dynamic simulation?

A chimney tray will add a small amount of liquid holdup volume. The liquid holdup volume or holdup time should be available in the documents the designer supplied or you can calculate that yourself from the chimney tray dimensions. If you can build a dynamic simulation model where the chimney tray holdup is the only inaccuracy, you will be doing great!
