I cannot Engineer that; I am retired. But, surely, you are doing your due diligence, or looking to subcontract it out to an experienced Engineer or firm. These may help:

Hi,

To add to Latexman's reply, a document about butadiene.

You definitely need to contract a company familiar with this product to design and manage the project.

Notes: Your supplier should be able to support or provide advice.

I believe you will need more than 1 sphere for your project, don't forget maintenance.

Same for ancillaries (pumps, chillers,)

You did not mention how you will receive your material. My time in Indonesia for SB latex production, we built a Jetty to receive the Butadiene.

Good luck anyway.
