Hello, I am a new process engineer. I am trying to put a vent line from a new cyclone into an existing vent line. I need to know if the current dust collector's capacity is enough for the new increased CFM from the new blowline. Anyone know a good way to go about this?

Hi,
Consider talking to suppliers familiar with this topic:

In my career there were not many dust collectors/cyclone separators, but there were a few. I would follow breizh's advice, see what Perry's Handbook had to offer, refer to Spray Drying Handbook by Keith Masters (I had Perry's and Master's handbook on my bookshelf), and then use my Google-fu if there were still any questions.
