How do you find the usage of electricity by a flash process that takes in 200 kg/min and has a heat duty of 3100 kW (for the 200kg/min?)..?

Also, where can I find cost estimations for flash drums (capable of handling 200kg/min, max/min temp - 50C and -50C) and a heater (again, 200kg/min and heating up to 50C) and mixer (capable of handling 200kg/min).
