Hello again.

I got another HYSYS problem again.

I have a pipe segment that I have deigned in hysys. I got the pipesize, elevation and length of the pipe, and it is giving me proper values in steady state mode. But when I switch to dynamic mode and start the integrator, the pressure drop gets lower?

I steadystate i got 180 bar pressure loss in the segment, that consists with my own calculations, but in dynamic mode I get 70 bar pressure loss.

kind regard

It's hard to verify what your problem is, but there seems to be a number of issues especially with holdup calculations in versions prior to Hysys 2004. What version are you using, and do you have single phase or two-phase flow?
