Hi all..
I am currently doing an experiment of filtration of filtering CaCO3.
There's a question in the experiment that ask about when will CaCO3 be an incompressible cake. From my understanding, CaCO3 is an incompressibe cake. However to my surprise, CaCO3 can be a compressible cake as well providing the conditions are there , especially the pressure difference. So now, does anyone know what is the range of pressure in which CaCO3 is a compressible cake and incompressible cake?
Really thanks alot for those who replied me!!!
Thanks
Desmond
