Maria:

You must learn to provide more details when you ask a question. For example, what impurities do you want to remove from the hydrogen?

The only "wet scrubbing of hydrogen" that I can think of is the use of aqueous amine solutions such as monoethanolamine (MEA) to remove carbon dioxide from the raw hydrogen gas exiting from a hydrogen synthesis plant.

I am sure that you can find a great deal of information about the use of amines if you use the search engine at www.google.com. You should also read the book "Gas Purification" written by Kohl and Reisenfeld which I believe is available from the Gulf Publishing Company.
