This is just written to get some basic knowledge regarding cooling tower,

What are the basis to design cooling tower basin?
Velocity crieteria and diamentions for basin with bellmouth / chamber .

and what should be the clerance for this?

What is Hydraulic institute of centrifugal pump crieterial for design?
