Can Any one suggests

Probable Reasons for XRD failure
Probable Reasons for OVI failure
Probable Reasons for Agglorimation in the process

I think we're going to need more detailed information about your process - for instance, what process are you talking about?

By XRD, do you mean X-ray Diffraction?

What do you mean by OVI? In the U.S., that is an acronym for "Operating a Vehicle while Impaired". Surely that's not what you're talking about here?

Agglomeration, again, depends on the process. In bulk powder situations it can be an indication of too much moisture. It can also be an indication of excessive heat - which would require input on what type of material is agglomerating, which goes back to needing more information about your process.

Dear sir

My process is of steroidal. In this we are facing regularly XRD(X-ray Diffraction) failure in this process we will add antisolvent (Methylene di chloride) in the regular solvent(Cyclohexane). If the product is in Methlyne di chloride form 2 will form.If it is transfered to cyclohexane form 3 will form.So can you tell me what are the probable reasons for XRD failure in the batches. If you suggests pls forward the data to my mail immediately. phanikovi@yahoo.co.in
