hello every body

i'm working as production manager in a sodium sulphate manufacturing factory.
for evaporation of glauber's salt solution, we use a forced circulation evaporator singel effect and 3 meter long titanium pipe heat exchanger .
the slurry of 20%solid phase centrifuging for separation of cristalized sodium sulphate.
recently and without any background ,fouling(not scaling) of heat exchenger is increased to 2-3 time per usual period (one time per month)and with any reason or change in system it returned to regular condition now.
i want to know what is the reasons of fouling in heat exchangers and what is the ways of preventing of fouling of heat exchanger in forced circulation evaporators.
i must to explain that : any electric disconnection or circulating pump fail not occurred .
thank you
