I'm working on the design, modelling, simulation and control of a vacuum distillation column for spent engine oil recovery. I'm facing a lot of challenges on feed characterization and product specification.

You should get feed lab result for density and distillation. Distillation can be ASTM D1160 or ASTM D5236.
