Dear All,
well in my industry we are facing a dry running of centrifugel pump. we put a level device also in tank to measue the level of the tank according to pump capacity, but due to falctuation in flow rate some times we face the dry running of centrifugel pump.
soo plzz anybdy can tell me how we remove this problem.

Considering interlock between LT and pump's motor for shutting down the pump at LLL of liquid.

If possible, run the pump at 70 - 80% of max flow by throttling discharge valve to get rid of pump flow fluctuation problem.
