Hi,
i am getting problems in slecting material for fuel gas having 40% CO2.
Design Pressure is 900psi and Design temp is 110F.
Can any body advice me wether the NACE complience will work or i have to go for SS?

High CO2 in wet fluid would lead to severe corrosion for those material susceptible to acid carbonic corrosion... NACE MR 0175 compliance is required for sour service and combination of partial pressure & pH leads to Sulphide Stress Corrosion Cracking (SSCC). Don't see the relation between CO2 and NACE...
