Wish you many happy moments in life and hope you'll spend some more time with us on Earth, at least until you see your grandchildren's grandchildren. I think that is fair enough and I also hope you will agree with Zauberberg.
Thank you for your precious contributions and great engineering skills sharing with us.
Best of luck,
Zauberberg

I couldn't help noticing that Art is also 5 years member of the ChE Forums, the boards super-Jedi (should have a designation of his own), over 1300 posts, and managed to post (i.e. help someone else) 0.71 posts/day -> that is 5 helpful comments per week, for 5 years!

Happy Birthday to you! . Let me sing "Art makes chemical engineering an art; Art makes this forum a lively art". May god bless you. This is a happy moment for you ,to your family and all friends including this forum as I feel myself as a part of your bigger family of chemical engineering world.
I think your advices, reasoning, fundamentals, vast experiences and wisdom have helped many of us to understand and solve many problems in engineering field as well as in real life.
You have created an awareness among all the members to understand ,learn and share the most valuable asset in the world..the knowledge.
Wish you all the best in your life.
Kind regards,

To all my colleagues on these Forums:
Allow me this attempt to express my sincere thanks for all the kind and caring thoughts you have conveyed on my birthday. I wish I had the proper quality and quantity of words to express how much pride and self-esteem it is to have such great people take the time just to wish me well on an ordinary day of the year.
My fondest wish is to NOT take all the experience and knowledge that God bestowed me on my final trip from this world and towards an evaluation interview with Him, but rather leave it to others who can take up the torch and pass it on to others. These Forums fulfill that wish and it leaves me to contemplate how I will prepare all of my personal queries to Him, regarding all the things I have never been able to completely understand on this earth: the Cosmos, infinity, love, hate, prejudice, war, entropy, the SI systeme, etc., etc.
Thank you all for making it a special day for an old chemical engineer. And thank you Guido for the kind thought.

I am so sorry to post late reply on this great ocassion.
I am one of the fan of your posts in this forum.
I am very much impressed from all of your posts (I always try to read or search for your answers only). All posts have some technical meanings to understand. I have used your guidance to draw a equipment drawing using MSexcel and till I am using it for many of my requirements. Thanks for all guidance provided to many people like us.
Ok now let me try to wish for the events passed.
Happy birthday! May the forthcoming years bring all the cheers & happiness to you and your family!

It is our honour and pride to wish you on your birthday, through this forum. We have been receiving a lot of valuable technical stuff (Spread sheets, references etc.,) which is result of your long years work experience.Your generosity of passing on these information and knowledge to the younger generation of Chemical Engineers is very much appreciable.
Longlive Mr Art!
