Hello,
I want to vaporize a liquid (approx. 250 kg/hr) and dilute the gas accurately in the same vessel to 5 % vol conc. with air .The diluted gas will continuously pass to the reactor from the vessel. This should be a continuous process .
Any suggestions ?

To the best of my knowledge sulfuric anhydride (SO3) is a solid at this temperature . Could that be sulfur dioxide SO2?
Please provide chemical formula

What I am interested is to vaporize Liquid SO3 ( 250 lts/hr) and dilute the gas with dry air. I am interested to the design of the vessel and how I can accurately control the dilution in the vessel and then on to the process.
Thanks,
Prashant

Use Stichometry. calculate the air requirement to dilute the SO3 vapors. use the same air for heating and vaporising SO3. Heat the so3 air mixture tothe required temperature. Use ratio controller for air flow.
