I would like to know how to find the interaction parameter in peng robinson equation of state
for water and Hydrocarbon system.

Here is the solution as your wish, I using HYSYS, please open HYSYS, Select PR as fluid package, add Hydrocarbon and water as you want, now, click View button of Fluid package to open the basisi-1 property window, select Binary Coeffs tab to view the interaction parameter, screenshot attached.
