i have following problem with aspen plus while simulation run or while plotting

what is exaactly mean that
how can i solve this problem

Are you the Legal, Registered owner of the Aspen Simulation program you are running?

If you are, then simply pick up the phone and register you query with Aspen. If you paid them the thousands of dollars the program is worth, then the least you deserve is their dedicated service and care - which they furnish to all their PAYING customers.

If you are not (& neither is the person(s) who loaded the program on the PC you are using), then you have no business trying to operate a pirated software program. Which are you?
