Hi!
Could you please provide me with information about the composition of natural gas in the gas distribution network, the amount of solid particles and the size distribution of solid particles and liquid droplets (approximately)?
Thanx

Rahimi,
Look at the following article for sales gas. Sales gas specification is also dependent on end usage and the country/regions local laws and regulations for oil and gas products.
You may further search the internet for sales gas specification for any particular region. Your country must have also it's own specification for sales gas based on directives of your oil and gas ministry.

Dear Ankur,
Thank you for your reply. The link was useful. However I need further information about the solid particles in gas stream. In addition, do you know the specification for sales gas based on directives of your oil and gas ministry?

Rahimi,
To my knowledge no solid particles are permitted in sales gas commercially distributed in European/North American markets. Typically filters are provided of 2-5 micron rating at the gas treatment units to filter out solid particles.
I am providing you further weblinks for sales gas specifications:
http://books.google....esult#PPA332,M1
http://www.processec...article_01.html
These might give some further insight.

Ankur.

Dear Rahimi,
The composition and particles depends on your reservoir and your Gas Refinery spec design. but you speak about network. if you wanna spec, you can find in GPSA. but I think you wanna amount of particle and composition in normal operation which is as your case study?

Hi,
Thank you Mr. Pakizeh and thank you Mr. Ankur,
I found sales gas specification. However, I have one question. Could you please provide me with further information about the effect of solid particles in gas stream on Polyethylene Valves in gas distribution network?
