Hello Forum,
I needed the information about how to start up and shut down the batch distillation plant.

Plant description: Crude naphtha is distilled in a 14 meters tall packed tower (Rasching ring packing). Heat is provided by electric heater. Naphtha is separated in different cuts : 50-60, 60-70 and 70-80 as per temperature range. Plant capacity is of 12000 liters per batch.

Please help me figure out the start up and shut down procedure for this.
