Good day,

I am working on a research project to determine if it is feasible to set up a plant in my country that produces solar - grade silicon for solar cell wafers.
This plant basically takes metallurgical - grade silicon raw material and converts it into semiconductor - grade silicon which is then converted to solar - grade silicon.

It is a feasibility study so I need the prices of certain equipment.

Does anyone know where I can find the price of a chemical vapour deposition reactor for producing semiconductor - grade silicon and the price of quartz crucibles and other Block Casting apparatus for producing blocks of multicrystalline solar - grade silicon?

Any reasonable price will be appreciated
