We are facing the problem of high HCL and H2S in our recycle gas of reformer unit. We line up sweet Naphtha Tank (HydroTreated Naphtha) and suddenly in recycle gas results the HCL and H2S increases up to 6.0 and 2.0 which is very high The sulfur and nitrogen of the reformer feed is below 0.5ppm which is in limits. kindly let me know from where this problem comes up and how we rectify this.
