Senior Process Engineer

Our client would like to hire a Senior Process Engineer to manage an existing seven-person team. This individual will work primarily on cutting edge biofuels projects and will be placed in a key engineering role, working within a small, multi-disciplinary team to execute design and engineering on projects.

Responsibilities include generating design deliverables such and Mass and Energy Balances, PFDs, P&IDs, engineering calculations and datasheets. The position reports to the Senior Technical Lead for Process Engineering in the Renewable Energy Practice.

Qualifications and Characteristics:

Successful candidates will have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial (or other applicable) engineering from a four-year college or university, and 7+ years of experience in a refinery or hydrocarbons processing environment.

Candidates must be interested in the renewable energy field, and be willing/interested to live in the Denver, CO area. A Professional Engineering license is desirable, but not required. Successful candidates will be able to show motivation and tenacity in solving problems and completing assignments.
