I am looking for appropriate correlations helping us in calculating the density and height of catalyst bed, in fluidized state. We have differential pressure transmitters installed at two different elevations of the Reactor. Catalyst is loaded in Oxychlorination Reactor and its all physical properties like bulk density, particle density, average particle size, composition are known.

Can a process engineer dealing with monitoring of fluidized bed catalytic reactors in general or fluidized bed oxychlorination at a VCM plant in particular, help me in getting such calculations guidelines?

Regards... Ansari
