Can anybody suggest/help me in providing a technology provider, who can help us in providing Front End Engineering Design for De-aromatisation of petroleum speciality product.

If you are speaking about the extraction of aromatic compounds, then UOP or GTC or Krupp-Uhde should (could) be your choice.
