Hi,
Does any body has some idea regarding maintainence and handling of plunger pumps!!!!!!!!! .I purchased one from a well known company for my personal use , but after few days it will become a nightmare for me ,i think there is some mistake in handling of it ... Please send me the related information.

Can you specify the following
Process fluid
Inlet and outlet properties of process fluid to and from the pump
NSPH calculations including pressure drop across its proposed working area
Operation (vacuum or pressure)
Pump type and materials of construction
Any other information to hand

If the pump is giving problems after a few days it could be because it is faulty (unlikely) or any number of problems with operation.
