Dear Temmy

I am not Reservoir Engineer but I am trying my best to explain it:

- Well is tested by a test separator and its associated flowmeter. During the test the operator will change the pressure condition such as ramp-up, packing, unpacking etc... to understand the reservoir pressure (not bottom hole pressure) for calibrate their reservoir models (in operation phase) or build reservoir model (in project phase). The fluid composition are then brought onshore to the Lab to run the full test of their composition and other tests regarding chemistry and rheology of fluids.

- The reason for the above tests is to understand your reservoir and its fluids to optimize operation of facilities (in operation phase) or design the right assets(in project phase).

Hope this answer your questions, if you need more explanation, please be specific.

Cheers
Dzum
