Hi everybody
How can I use ON/OFF controller in Hysys. I can only use PID controller. Would you please help me with my problem

Though I do use Hysys, I have never done any dynamic modeling and so my response is not based on simulator experience. An on/off controller is merely a proportional controller with the proportional gain set at infinity. As you cross the controller's setpoint, the output goes from either zero to maximum or vice versa. So, just set the gain to infinity (or a very large number).
