I am making a kitchen waste material based biogas plant just for some awareness purposes. Dimensions I have decided for digestion tank are 1.5feet dia and 2.5 feet height.
for the top part I got a suggestion from somewhere that i can use a rubber bag sort of thing instead of a permanent dome shaped or inverted tank.Rubber bag will go to its full size with the CH4 pressure and the gas can be collected in a separate container through the bag.
If anyone has any idea about this type of material for bag ,please help me out. I want to know how can I use it.I mean how will I attach it on the top and keep it leak free.
If anyone has any different designs then they are also welcome.
best regards
rahul
