I’m constructing a model for the drawing vacuum on a pipe system. To decide the best pump and pump configuration to use. At the moment I’m testing two pumps in parallel and came to the conclusion that the effective pump speed will be double if you place them in parallel.
If some One could maybe help me or confirm my conclusion on this topic it would be much appreciated.

Assuming that they have the same performance and have the same lines before and after then that conclusion is fine.
