Good day!
I am currently experimenting on the Saccharification of Cassava and having some difficulties on the REACTION KINETICS.I used alpha amylase and gluco-amylase as enzymes for the saccharification. I already got the glucose concentrations for different time intervals of saccharification (with the guide of a YouTube video with URL ), but I don't know what should I do next. I hope you can help me.
