Anil,

I believe Agitated Nutsche filter dryer are speciality designs of the standard gravity or vacuum nutsche filter dryer for filtration & drying in dye, paint & pharmaceutical industries. I don't think you might find much open literature on the design and filtration area of such speciality equipment. Only manufacturers of the equipment would know the design aspects of such an equipment. There may be empirical correlations involved in sizing of the filter with lot of information required in the form of inputs such as material to be filtered, filtration efficiency, cake formation rate, concentration of solids in the influent etc.

Why don't you consult some reputed manufacturers for your specific requirement? You can float an enquiry to some manufacturers/vendors based on your requirement & I am sure they would give you some ball park figures for you to make a decision for selection of such an equipment considering the fact that most manufacturers would like to build a relationship with prospective customers without divulging too much proprietary information.

In case my understanding of you being a prospective buyer of this equipment is not correct & you are actually trying to design an agitated nutsche filter dryer then I am sorry I cannot help you.

I am looking for expert of ANF machine, I design a small machine for test,but I think that have some problems for it .so Pls teach me for some key point of design ANF.tks ,I attached the drawing of ANF.
