Hi All,
I need help for my final year project. I want to make a preliminary design of formic acid plant using methyl formate as raw material, via hydrolysis, producing methanol as by product and formic acid.
anybody can help me find the appropriate arrhenius equation for determining the rate contants ? because i cant find it, i've searched the net, but yet to find them . Oh yeah, one more thing, does anybody know where can i find the latest prices for methyl formate, formic acid and methanol ? i guess retail prices and import-export prices differ greatly. Which price(s) should I use ?
