Hi ,
If I understand correctly your query .
firstly : From the well known relation : P*V= Z*R*T >>> Ro (T,P) = Mw/ V= Mw*P/(Z*R*T) in proper units
From the initial Pressure , let say P0 ,you can calculate the mass Mo inside the vessel : M0 = Vtank * Ro ( density air at P0 , T0)
Do the same for the final pressure ,Pf >>> Mf =Vtank *Rf (Pf,Tf)
(M0-Mf) / ( tf -t0) = flow rate kg/s
